Christmas Deliveries and Returns

Can't wait for Christmas to roll around? You are not alone! Please see below our delivery and returns guidelines this festive season: 

Deliveries: although we are not able to guarantee delivery dates, we suggest placing your order by Monday evening (UK time) on Monday 16 December 2024 in order to have a good chance of having your parcel delivered prior to Christmas.

Returns: We are also operating a Christmas returns policy. This means that orders received from Monday 25 November to Monday 23 December 2024 can be returned by Friday 10 January 2025 for a refund or exchange. All other conditions which entitle you to an exchange or refund continue to apply.

You will be able to continue placing orders any time during the whole of the holiday season and we will be absolutely delighted if you do so! However, please kindly note that our couriers will not operate on public holidays, which means that there may be an extra day or two added to our usual delivery times during the festive period 23 December 2024 to 2 January 2025. There may also be a slight delay to our email replies for which we apologise.

Our customer service team will also be out of office on public holidays, meaning that there may be a short delay to our replies for which we apologise. 

Delivery

We ship worldwide to many countries and you will be able to select your intended shipping country at checkout. However, at checkout, if you realise that your intended shipping country is not listed, please contact us

For non-UK customers, the price that you pay for our products is exclusive of UK VAT. However, please kindly note that your order may be subject to taxes and duties. Please see below under "Taxes and Duties" for more information. 

Returns 

Returns procedure

Please kindly note that we do not provide return labels. Customers are responsible for arranging returns and the cost of shipping goods back to us.

We hope that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, you can return the product for a refund (minus the shipping charge), or an exchange for the same item in a different size (subject to stock availability), within 14 days of receipt of goods.

Please see below for further details on our policies concerning refunds and exchanges. 

Please follow these steps when returning items to us:

  1. Fill out the returns form (included with your order) and enclose it in your returns package. Please remember to mark clearly as to whether you’d like a return or an exchange.
  2. For customers residing outside of the UK, please kindly mark the package clearly as “RETURNED GOODS” on the exterior of the package to avoid custom charges.
  3. Package your parcel securely and send the parcel, using tracked postage, to the following address:

    Important notice: if you are returning a parcel from outside the UK, please ensure that you include the DHL waybill number of the original shipment from us to you, on the customs paperwork that you fill out. This is to avoid delays or charges at UK customs when the parcel is being returned to us. Please select "Returned Goods" when completing the customs invoice.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service, and keeping your proof of postage, as we are unable to take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost in transit. There is no need to use DHL; please feel free to use any tracked courier service you wish. 

Please note, we can only accept returned products that are in their original condition (in a re-sellable condition, undamaged, unworn, unwashed, with all labels attached). We will contact you when we have accepted your return.

If you are a customer based outside the UK and you paid import duties or import VAT when you received the parcel, you might be able to claim this back from your local authority if you decide to return the item for a refund but we are not able to advise if this is the case or not. We kindly ask that you get in touch with your local authority to find out what the procedure is and to request this as we are not able to request this refund on your behalf or assist you in this process. Please check with your own local authority the procedure as each country will have their own rules. 

Refund

If you choose to receive a full refund, we will refund you the price you paid for the products (excluding delivery costs) by the method you used for payment. Please allow up to 14 days for payment to be processed following our receipt of the returned goods.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange an item for the same item but in a different size,  simply send the products back to us as above, with the product you wish to exchange the returned item for clearly marked on the returns form. 

If you wish to exchange an item for another item, even if it is the same style but in a different colour, please kindly return the item for a refund and place a new order. Unfortunately, we are not able to exchange for a different item from the original item purchased, or for the same style in a different colour (which is considered a different item). 

If your return is accepted, and your desired item is in stock, we will contact you to let you know that the exchanged item is en route to you, and to let you know of any delivery fees charged to you (if any).

Any further exchanges requested after the first exchange requested will carry a shipping charge for us sending the exchange garment to you. This will vary depending on the item being shipped and the shipping destination. Before sending an item back, please contact us first so we can provide you with a shipping quote. 

If you have any questions with regards to returns and exchanges, or have lost the returns form, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Taxes and Duties

US: Import duties will be charged on single orders over USD$800. Import duties will not be charged on single orders under USD$800.   

EU:

- You have to pay import VAT at your local VAT rate (for example, 20% in France) when the parcel arrives in your country, plus some DHL administration charges (around £17 - £20 but please note that this is just an estimate). 

- But you do not have to pay additional import duties because our products are made in the UK and we will include the "statement of origin" on the commercial invoice which will qualify the shipment as being free of import duty.

- If you believe that import duties are wrongly charged in addition to your local VAT rate, please contact us and we will send you a copy of your commercial invoice so that you can use it to dispute the import duty portion of the invoice with DHL. Any dispute over import charges is between you and DHL and we are not able to resolve such disputes on your behalf.  

JAPAN: 10% consumption tax applicable on our products when they arrive in Japan. 

ALL OTHER COUNTRIES: For other countries not listed above, please kindly check with your local authorities to determine the applicable taxes and duties.

HOW TAXES AND DUTIES ARE CHARGED: the price you pay excludes UK VAT, but local taxes and duties may apply. DHL will email you an invoice to pay these charges before releasing the parcel to you if they apply. Please kindly note that DHL may charge an administration fee for processing the parcel. 

If you reject delivery of the parcel for whatever reason (for example, because of  import duties/taxes), and the parcel had to be returned to us, the cost of the return will be deducted from your refund. 

Please kindly note that we do not have control over taxes and duties and cannot predict their exact amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. There is a possibility that the delivery of your order may be delayed due to customs, which we unfortunately have no control over.
